2. A completely free method of cloaking links would be using sites, like Tinyurl.com or Cloakreferer.com. The disadvantage of doing cloaking using such sites, is that some people are not convenient going through tinyurl links and others,
because they are often spam, or contain viruses, spyware, etc.
I would personally recommend you to use HTML/PHP redirect, because your links look more professional (rather than tinyurl link), they are maximum protected, and hosting nowadays is very cheap, so I believe you can afford to pay something like $5 a month for hosting.
If you are a serious affiliate, then you definitely need to have a hosting account, so you can create your own landing page, cloak links, and be in control of everything.
